The DC-CRS microscope enables multimodal nonlinear imaging such as 2-photon,
second harmonic generation (SHG), coherent Raman imaging (Stimulated Raman Scattering SRS and Coherent
Anti-Stokes Raman Scattering CARS).
The DC-CRS includes a versatile laser source system enabling to target any molecular vibrational
frequency in the [750 cm-1, 5700 cm-1] range and to perform
ratio-metric measurement between two vibrational frequencies at the same time and at the same location.
The system is powered with an intuitive and user-friendly software enabling simultaneous SHG and SRS/CARS imaging.
DC-CRS allows ultra-fast chemical imaging suitable to perform:
- - Virtual histology of fixed or fresh tissues samples (Stimulated Raman Histology SRH)
- - Chemical mapping of pharmaceutical tablets
- - Active molecule/Drug penetration in skin and tissue
- - Chemical cell imaging
- - Deuterium, alkyne, nitrile chemical group imaging
- - Metabolic imaging
